Modul 2:Goals setting.

Everyone have their own life goals so do I . I have academic and life goals . Academic goals are the things that I want to achieve before I graduate my diploma.

What is a goals ?
  • Something you would like to achieve.
What is the purpose of setting goals ?
  • Goals give you direction and keep you focused on where you want to end up.


Characteristics of goals
  1. Specific 
  • State exactly what you want to achieve. Can you break a larger task down into smaller items.
2. Measurable
  • Establish clear definitions to help you measure if you're reaching your goal.
3. Action-oriented

  • Describe your goals using action verbs, and outline the exact steps you will take to accomplish your goals.

4. Realistic
  • Give yourself the opportunity to succeed by setting goals you'll actually be able to accomplish.
5. Time-bound
  • How much time do you have to complete the task?Decide exactly 
Types of goals
Short-term goals
  • Usually accomplished quickly (less than 1 years)
  • Example : buy a new phone or write a resume.
Long-term goals
  • Usually takes longer to accomplished(6 month-years)
  • Example : learn a second language and speaj fluently.

ACADEMICS AND PERSONAL GOALS


  • ACADEMIC GOALS IS something that related with our works. Such as for students, we must completing assignment and preparing for exam.
  • PERSONAL GOAL IS something that related with our daily life.

  2. LIST OF OBSTACLES
  3. LIST OF RESOURCES
  4. REVIVE GOALS STATEMENT
  5. POLISHED GOALS STATEMENT
